Choosing a protocol

Which protocol is right for me?

Foundation is for rebuilding from the beginning. Apex is for people who already train and want sharper progress. Matria is for preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and return-to-strength.

Can I ask before purchasing?

Yes. Email hello@rafes365.com before purchasing. We would rather you buy with clarity than with uncertainty.

Is this personal coaching?

No. RAFES365 is a custom annual protocol built from your intake, reviewed by specialists, and supported by email. It is not weekly coaching or a monthly subscription.

Delivery and access

How long does the report take to build?

Five to seven business days after your intake is submitted. Each report is built manually and reviewed before delivery.

How is the report delivered?

As a private Web App link sent by email. Save it to your phone's home screen. It opens quickly and stays with you for the year.

What if I do not finish the intake immediately?

Your purchase remains valid, and your intake link remains active for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Revisions and support

What happens if I leave something out of my intake?

Email us as soon as you realize. If the report has not been finalized, we will include it. If it has already been delivered, we will use the revision process where appropriate.

What if my situation changes?

Foundation includes revisions on request during the first two months if your situation materially changes. Apex and Matria include up to two months of free revisions for meaningful changes.

What support is included?

Personal email support is included for twelve months. You can ask clarifying questions about your report, training, nutrition, lifestyle rhythm, and how to use the protocol.

Payment and refunds

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, one report, yours for the year and beyond. RAFES365 does not sell subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?

Before intake submission, you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase. After intake submission, requests are reviewed case by case. After delivery, refunds are not offered because the custom report is already in your possession.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

Medical boundaries

Is RAFES365 medical advice?

No. RAFES365 is nutrition, movement, and lifestyle education. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for your licensed healthcare provider.

Is Matria safe during pregnancy or postpartum?

Matria is designed to work alongside your medical care, not replace it. Share your protocol with your doctor, midwife, or OB-GYN before starting, and follow your provider if any guidance conflicts.

What if I have allergies, restrictions, or medical conditions?

Your intake captures restrictions, allergies, and medical considerations. Where a restriction is medically significant, relevant sections are reviewed carefully. You should still consult your healthcare provider.
