2. What We Sell
RAFES365 sells personalized appearance optimization reports, built from the information and any photos you provide at intake, and reviewed by our team.
- Face Report: a complete facial analysis and personalized recommendations across skincare, hair, supplements, devices, posture, and more, delivered with a personal note from our team.
- Body Report: a complete body composition analysis and personalized nutrition, training, and lifestyle plan, delivered with a personal note from our team.
- Face + Body Bundle: both reports together at a combined price.

3. Not Medical Advice
RAFES365 reports are educational guidance and recommendations only. They are advice, nothing more. They are not medical advice, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of any disease or condition, and they do not replace consultation, monitoring, or care from a licensed medical professional, dermatologist, physician, or any other qualified provider.
Our reports may reference skincare products, over-the-counter treatments, supplements, non-surgical injectables, in-clinic treatments, training programs, or nutritional approaches. Mentioning something in your report is not a recommendation that overrides professional medical judgment - it is general guidance for you to evaluate, and where appropriate, discuss with a qualified provider before acting on it.
- You will consult your own physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any treatment, supplement, injectable, or training program referenced in your report, particularly if you have any medical condition, allergy, injury, pregnancy, or other circumstance that could affect your safety.
- You accept personal responsibility for your own decisions regarding your appearance, health, and lifestyle.
- If any part of your report conflicts with guidance from your own medical provider, you will follow your medical provider.

4. Purchase, Payment, and Delivery
Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. By purchasing a report, you authorize a one-time charge in the amount displayed at checkout. No recurring charges are made.
Currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any additional import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
Intake form required
Your report cannot be built without a completed intake form. For the Body Report, photos are optional but strongly recommended because they allow a fuller, more accurate analysis instead of an estimate based on your stated statistics alone. You may complete your intake immediately after purchase or shortly after, using the link sent to your email.
Delivery timeline
Reports are delivered within 10 business days of your completed intake submission. If you purchased Express Delivery, your report is delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake submission instead.
Delayed intake
If you do not submit your intake form, delivery cannot begin. Your purchase remains valid and your intake link remains active.

5. Support and Revisions
What is included with your report differs by product, reflecting the kind of guidance each one provides.
- Face Report: email support for twelve months from your purchase date. This includes clarification on any part of your report and thoughtful consideration of feedback or suggestions you raise that we may not have fully addressed. The Face Report itself is not revised or rebuilt after delivery.
- Body Report: email support for twelve months from your purchase date, plus revisions where reasonably needed - for example, if information was missing or incorrect at intake (an allergy that wasn't mentioned, a form left incomplete, a change in your circumstances) and it materially affects your protocol.
- Face + Body Bundle: the Face Report and Body Report each follow the support and revision terms described above.
- Support and revision requests are made by email to hello@rafes365.com.

6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple and tied to one clear milestone: whether you have submitted your intake form.
- Before intake submission: you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if you have not yet submitted your intake form.
- After intake submission: refunds are not offered. Submitting your intake form means our team has begun work on your report.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to your report and ongoing support.

7. Intellectual Property
All RAFES365 content, including reports, recommendations, the personal note that accompanies your report, website copy, brand elements, photography, and design, is protected by copyright and is the property of RAFES365.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use your report for your own appearance and lifestyle decisions. It does not grant rights to copy, redistribute, resell, or share your report with third parties.
By submitting your intake form and any photos you provide, you grant us permission to use your information solely for building your report and providing support.

8. Prohibited Use
- Resell, redistribute, or share your report with anyone else.
- Reproduce or publish RAFES365 content outside of your personal use.
- Use the website or our services to transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized content.
- Misrepresent your identity, situation, or intake information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RAFES365 systems, accounts, or data.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAFES365, its founders, employees, and collaborators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our reports, website, or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
You accept personal responsibility for decisions made based on our guidance and agree to consult qualified medical or other professionals as appropriate.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
