A Note Before The Policy

RAFES365 Protocols are custom digital products. Each one is built by hand from your specific intake form, reviewed by our team, and delivered as a report you will use for a full year.

This is different from physical goods or generic digital downloads, and our refund policy reflects that. If anything is unclear, email hello@rafes365.com and we will sort it out.

2. Before You Submit Your Intake Form

Within seven days of purchase, you may request a full refund if you have not yet submitted your intake form. We simply ask that you tell us why, so we can improve where possible.

After seven days, but before intake submission, your purchase remains valid and your intake form link remains active for twelve months from the date of purchase. If you truly cannot continue, email us and we will review your situation case by case.

To request a refund, email hello@rafes365.com from the email address used at purchase with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

3. After Intake Submission, Before Delivery

Once you submit your intake form, we begin building your report, a manual process reviewed by our team over five to seven business days.

If you request a refund during this window, we will review your situation. A full refund is generally not available, but a partial refund may be offered based on where your report is in the build process.

4. After Your Report Is Delivered

Once your Protocol has been delivered, refunds are not offered. Because the Protocol is a custom digital product already in your possession, the transaction is considered complete.

If something is wrong with your Protocol, or it does not feel right for your situation, we would rather rebuild it than lose you as a client. The two-month revision window exists for exactly this reason.

  • Foundation: revisions available on request during your first two months if your situation materially changes.
  • Apex: up to two months of free revisions included for changes to training intensity, nutrition, or structure.
  • Matria: up to two months of free revisions included for stage changes, medical situation changes, or other meaningful shifts.

5. Exceptions

  • The request is made beyond the applicable timeframe described above.
  • The purchase was made using fraudulent information.
  • The purchaser has filed a chargeback instead of first contacting us.
  • The request is associated with abusive, disrespectful, or unreasonable behavior toward our team.
  • Repeated refund requests across multiple purchases.

6. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at hello@rafes365.com. In almost every case, we can resolve the issue directly and more quickly than your bank can.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue directly are considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in loss of access to your Protocol and ongoing support.

7. EU/UK Customers - Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer protection rights, those rights apply regardless of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived under local law.

For digital products that have been customized and delivered based on your specific input, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited, but we will always review your situation fairly.
